Dr Tax Sacto is a moniker I gained because of my doctoral work (in Tax) and where I live about half the year (Sacramento, California). This site – has two major purposes – It is first a link to my BLOG (FIVE CENT THINKING ); but it also is to keep you up on my forthcoming book (OF COURSE IT’S TRUE, EXCEPT FOR A COUPLE OF LIES) – which is now posted on all major websites including Amazon, Barnes and Noble and Apple Books
